Education of staff is key to the retention of dedicated employees. JPC will provide in-service education to help assure that staff remain focused on the core values of your organization.
We will travel throughout Maine and New England to provide education to skilled nursing facilities, nursing homes and assisted living facilities.

John Pelletier is currently teaching as an adjunct professor at the University of Maine at Presque, University of Maine at Fort Kent, Husson University and Northern Maine Community College. Courses and areas of concentration include: leadership, management, emotional intelligence, motivation and customer service, along with financial management, managerial accounting and organizational behavior.
